Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Costs
- Orders of £25 or more: free tracked delivery.
- Orders under £25: £2.99 tracked delivery.
How long it takes
We process orders within 1–3 working days. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days of being placed. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can take a little longer.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also see your orders when you sign in to your account.
If your order hasn't arrived
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, email heeleasy.uk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can usually change it if your order hasn't been dispatched.
