Terms of sale

1. Your order
When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and won't charge you.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.
3. Delivery
See our delivery information. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Cancelling and returns
See our returns and refunds policy, which explains your legal rights and our 30-day comfort promise.
5. Product information and health
Heel Easy socks are clothing designed to support the arch, heel and toes. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition, poor circulation, diabetes or numbness in your feet, ask a health professional before wearing compression socks. Stop wearing them if they cause pain, tingling, numbness or skin marks that don't fade.
6. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on our website when you place it.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
