The socks
Will these help with plantar fasciitis?
They’re designed to support your arch, heel and toes, and lots of people find compression socks more comfortable when their heels ache. They aren’t a medical device or a treatment, so if your heel pain is severe or lasts more than a few weeks, please see your GP or a podiatrist.
Will they fit in my work shoes?
Yes. They’re ankle length and thin enough for trainers, safety boots and most work shoes.
Can I wear them all day? What about at night?
They’re made for all-day wear. Take them off at night unless a health professional has told you otherwise.
What are they made of, and how do I wash them?
Knit nylon. Wash at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Let them air dry, and skip the tumble dryer and fabric softener so the compression lasts longer.
Is a pack one sock or a pair?
Always pairs. “1 pair” is two socks, the 3-pack is three pairs and the 5-pack is five pairs.
Can I mix colours in a pack?
Yes. Choose the 3-pack or 5-pack, tick “Mix colours”, then pick a colour for each pair.
Sizing and fit
Which size should I pick?
S–M fits UK shoe sizes 3 to 7 (EU 35–40). L–XL fits UK 7.5 to 12 (EU 41–46). If you’re between sizes, S–M gives a firmer hold and L–XL a softer one.
How tight do they feel?
Snug, not squeezing. The hold is firmest around the arch and lighter over the rest of the foot. They should never leave deep marks or make your toes tingle. If they do, try the larger size.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Every order is tracked. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. Delivery is free on orders over £25 and £2.99 below that.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns
What if they’re not right for me?
You’re covered by our 30-day comfort promise. If you’ve worn them and they’re not right for your feet, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the pack. You also have the legal right to cancel any order within 14 days of delivery.
My socks arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email a photo and your order number to heeleasy.uk@gmail.com and we’ll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
